Accepting to book through the website and understanding & agreeing to the terms and conditions mentioned for Helitripsblr below These terms and conditions apply to all/any services including Aerial Joyrides, Charter Helicopter , Pre wedding shoot, Flower Drops.

Payment

• Booking Confirmation will be made prior to the flying once 100% payment is done, which shall be paid in INR. The payment shall be made through any of the available options through the payment mode and the booking shall be deemed confirmed only on payment of the said amount.

Cancellation & Refund

• Ticket once booked is non-refundable/non-transferable/Non-Cancellable.

• Helitripsblr does not own, maintain or operate helicopters or any other vehicle in use. Helitripsblr is an online and offline travel information, scheduling and transaction service and all liability regarding travel, loss, injury or accident of any kind lies only on the operator

• Mentioned Helicopter timings & payments are category under normal weather conditions and billing shall be on actual time taken for “Boarding and Boarding out”.

• Postponement/cancellation or change in timing or delay in start or hold can happen due to Government go-ahead/unusual bad weather/visibility issues/other factors of weather conditions / unavailability of time slots with the operator. Helitripsblr will not be responsible for any of the above, and all the attached accountabilities are to be borne by the actual operator.

• Unconditional Bad weather/Technical fault/ Clearance from the Airport and Government Authorities, Rescheduling depending on the availability of slots and services given by Helitripsblr. However, last minute cancellation will be charged as per the below mentioned terms & conditions.

• Cancellation or delay in the ride due to bad or unconditional weather please note-

• 90 days will be the credit note given from the date of original booking for the amount paid and can be utilized on or before the booking date.

• There will be a cancellation charges of 50 % of total booking value levied and balance amount can be refunded to the guest.

• In any circumstance, if booking is cancelled any time before 3 working days, 50% cancellation charge shall be applicable and in other cases, the entire booking amount shall be forfeited.

• The authorized refund amount will be credited back within a time period of 1 week from the date resolution of refund application/complaint or any dispute thereto.

• 10% charge of the total billed amount will be deducted and balance amount will be refunded on Cancellation. In case of Unconditional bad weather/Technical Fault/Government permissions etc.

Check in

• Passengers are requested to arrive 45 minutes prior to the time of departure.

• Entry into the Airport/Aerodrome and Helipad area, proof of identity is a must for the passengers and the people accompanying them inside the premises. (International Passengers to carry their passport)

• Parking is available at the Port. Parking under owners risk.

No Show

• Gates Close 45 min prior to departure. Rescheduling and refund will not be possible for passengers arriving late or No show.

• Rescheduling and refund will not be possible for passengers arriving without original photo id proof (International Passengers to carry their passport) they will be treated as no show.

No Entry

• Boarding of the passenger will be refused in case of the passenger armed with any weapons or under the influence of alcohol or contrabands or sedatives. Joy ride does not constitute consuming of alcohol on the Helicopter and concerned government authority, both shall be sought by the customer if any.

• Boarding of the passenger will be denied on the vehicle in case of any guidelines mismatch of the port/ airport/government are found to be in violation.

Regulations

• Government of India authorities strictly undertake the flying rules and regulations respectively.

• In case of Joy ride, Aerial photography shall be prohibited in certain places by Government of India.

• Air traffic control of the concerned Airport/Port decides the route and timing of the joy ride.

Miscellaneous

• The Invoice shall be valid for 30 days from the date of Issue.

• While every precaution is taken to enhance the safety of the passengers during the Joyride, Charter Flights booked through this platform, Helitripsblr does not hold itself responsible for death, injury or loss that might be sustained in the event of any mishap in due course of the flight.

• All the receipts made in the package availing form shall be considered to be final and true. No liability of the Helitripsblr shall arise in case any fact stated therein is false/hidd

In case of any kind of injury done, health conditions of customer, emotional or physical conditions suffered by the passenger during our service of the Joyride, Charter Flight rides Helitripsblr will not be liable.

• Helitripsblr is a expedition platform providing a convenient way access to reservations for the above given rides. Due to the volatile nature of the aviation industry, service delay and default in refund of tickets, Helitripsblr shall be in a position to process customer refunds against the bookings only if the same have been refunded by the respective operator. In the event an operator discontinues its operations, goes bankrupt, or fails to refund; Helitripsblr will not be accountable for any customer refunds wherein the same have not been refunded by the operator.
